LET’S TALK ABOUT YOUR PROJECT

What material comes next?

Tell us what you process, what you want to recover and how you plan to operate. We’ll discuss the equipment around those requirements.

PREPARE YOUR PROJECT

A few details make the conversation more useful.

Share what you know. Leave uncertain items for discussion; you can start an enquiry without a complete technical brief.

01 / PROJECT BRIEF

Recycling project

Describe the scrap you receive and the fractions you want to recover. Photos and approximate measurements help; unclear details can be discussed.

  • Material types, attachments and incoming form: loose, baled, tangled or already prepared.
  • Photographs of normal and difficult loads, with typical and largest dimensions where known.
  • Expected processing amount and unit, required outputs and the next buyer or process.
  • Available space, electrical supply and any feeding, sorting or collection equipment already in place.
02 / PROJECT BRIEF

Melting project

Start with the metal, charge condition and purpose of the melt. Share what you know about the batch and site; remaining requirements can be discussed.

  • Metal or alloy, charge form and photographs showing coatings, fluids or other inclusions where present.
  • Desired batch amount, production needs and how molten metal will be poured or used.
  • Available voltage, phase and frequency, plus existing cooling arrangements where known.
  • Usable site space and any furnace, handling or downstream equipment that must connect to the project.
03 / PROJECT BRIEF

Casting and rolling project

Explain the metal entering the process and the product you want to make. Dimensions and production targets are useful even if the final arrangement is undecided.

  • Metal or alloy and whether the incoming material is molten metal, billets or another prepared form.
  • Desired ingots, rods, billets, bars or rebar, with target dimensions and units where known.
  • Expected production amount and operating pattern, keeping batch and hourly targets distinct.
  • Existing melting, holding, casting or rolling equipment, available utilities and a site layout if available.
04 / PROJECT BRIEF

Connecting to existing equipment

Show where the new equipment would fit and which machines will remain. If specifications or drawings are unavailable, describe the connection you need.

  • Photographs, machine names or model-plate details for the equipment before and after the proposed stage.
  • Current feed and output conditions, including dimensions, material form and collection method.
  • The task to add or improve, and which parts of the existing process you want to retain.
  • Available connection space, supply information and any existing layout or interface drawings.
