Keep the packaging feed defined
Describe the cardboard received and the preparation already carried out. State whether the load contains other materials and whether separate streams must remain apart. A cardboard-baling duty should not be treated as interchangeable with pressing scrap metal or every plastic packaging material.
Choose the required bale and operating arrangement
Explain how material is collected, loaded and removed after pressing. Provide the receiving buyer or handling equipment requirements for bale form. Ask the proposal to define the press arrangement and exact material limits instead of selecting only from a general description.
Fit collection into the site
Show available loading and bale-collection space, electrical supply and existing material-handling equipment. Confirm the supplied press, controls and accessories, along with the tasks left to the site. Compare complete offers against the same feed and handling requirement.
Specifications & configurations.
Tell us about your material and required configuration to discuss the relevant specifications.
Before you decide
Can a cardboard baler also compact any other material?
Identify each intended material separately. The accepted feed and configuration need confirmation rather than an assumption based on a generic baler label.
What information helps choose the bale form?
Provide the receiving buyer requirements, handling method and collection space. Confirm bale dimensions and other configuration-specific values in the proposal.
