Describe the tire feed
Whole tires, prepared tire sections and mixed rubber scrap should be described separately. Provide representative photographs, dimensions and information about remaining reinforcement. A general tire-recycling request does not establish the preparation or reduction stages needed for the actual material.
Specify the rubber output
Explain whether the project needs a coarse rubber fraction or material for a later granulation stage. State what must happen to the associated steel and other fractions. Shredding and final separation are different duties, and the proposed equipment should explain the role of each.
Agree the connected package
Identify preparation, size reduction, screening and collection requirements where applicable. Ask which modules and material transfers are included and what remains elsewhere in the project. Keep output size and composition requirements separate, with configuration details to be confirmed against the tire stream and intended next process.
Specifications & configurations.
Tell us about your material and required configuration to discuss the relevant specifications.
Before you decide
Is a tire shredder alone a complete rubber recovery line?
Not necessarily. Define the required rubber form and treatment of reinforcement, then identify the stages included in the proposed package.
What should accompany a tire-recycling inquiry?
Provide tire types, dimensions, preparation condition and the required rubber and other recovered fractions.
