Recover the conductor in a different form
A stripping project is selected around the cable and the form of conductor you want to recover. It differs from crushing insulated wire into granules. Identify whether you receive consistent cable lengths, mixed sizes, armoured construction or attached connectors so that the proposed duty is clear.
Match feeding and cutting to the cable
Provide photographs and typical dimensions, including the smallest and most difficult regular material. Discuss the conductor, insulation and preparation already performed. The feed drive, cutting arrangement and operating method need to be confirmed for that cable rather than inferred from a general machine name.
Compare stripping with your wider wire process
State where the recovered conductor and insulation will go. If some material is better suited to another route, keep those batches identifiable in the inquiry. Request the selected machine, supporting equipment and utility requirements as a clear scope.
Specifications & configurations.
Tell us about your material and required configuration to discuss the relevant specifications.
Before you decide
Is stripping the same process as wire granulation?
They produce different material forms. Stripping removes insulation from a cable, while granulation reduces the cable into particles before separation. Compare both routes against the actual feed.
Which cable diameter can this equipment process?
Specify the diameter range and cable construction you receive. The accepted range, feeding arrangement and exact model must be confirmed in the proposed configuration.
