Release copper from insulation
The machine reduces copper-bearing cable into particles, then uses vibration and air flow to separate conductor from insulation. Its task differs from stripping a continuous length of cable: the output is granulated material. Describe the cable lengths, diameter range and attachments so preparation requirements can be matched to the proposed configuration.
Read each configuration separately
The range contains several YS-TM configurations with different capacity, power, weight and dimensions. The featured single-phase description should not be applied to every row. Confirm the voltage, phase and installed power of the selected model against your available supply, and keep its stated feed capacity attached to the cable conditions.
Check both recovered fractions
Define the copper granule quality your buyer needs and the intended use of the plastic. Ask how mixed particles and fines will be collected. Any assessment should follow representative cable through preparation and separation, checking material remaining outside the copper product rather than judging the process only by a clean-looking copper sample.

Technical Specifications
Each row describes a separate capacity configuration. The 220V single-phase description applies to the featured YS-TM200 configuration.
| Model | Capacity (kg/h) | Power | Weight (kg) | Size (m) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| YS-TM200 | 30–60 | 4.5KW | 350 | 0.56×0.85×1.55 |
| YS-TM260 | 50–80 | 7.5KW | 500 | 1.19×0.6×1.15 |
| YS-TM400 | 150–200 | 14KW | 1100 | 1.65×1.28×2.1 |
| YS-TM500 | 200–300 | 28KW | 1850 | 2.6×1.6×2.3 |
| YS-TM600 | 300–600 | 42KW | 3200 | 5.2×6×2.2 |
Before you decide
Does the 220V title apply to every YS-TM configuration?
Confirm the supply for the selected model. The featured single-phase setup and the larger configuration rows should be evaluated separately; installed power and phase must match the actual quotation.
Can a cable diameter alone establish suitability?
Diameter is one input. Conductor material, insulation, cable construction, attachments and preparation also belong in the configuration discussion.
