A drying task within material preparation
This equipment is used for drying and dehumidification of a specified load. Its purpose is distinct from melting charge metal or heating a billet for rolling. Describe the workpieces or materials, their incoming condition and the requirement of the next operation so that the intended drying task is clear.
Arrange the load and chamber access
The described equipment arrangement includes a chamber and trolley, together with power and control equipment. Provide load dimensions, arrangement and handling information rather than only a total mass. Discuss how the load enters and leaves, the clearance needed around it and the collection or ventilation provisions proposed for the installation.
Define the process settings and records
The control arrangement provides temperature display, process graphs and archived process information. Explain which settings and records your production requires and clarify the proposed controls and data handling. Drying conditions need to be agreed for the actual loaded material; neither a chamber dimension nor a general temperature setting establishes a universal drying result.

Before you decide
Does the drying furnace melt the loaded metal?
No. Its stated duty is drying and material preparation. A requirement to melt metal should be discussed as a different equipment task.
Can the drying cycle be reviewed later?
The described controls include process graphs and archived information. Confirm the required record format, access and data-handling arrangement with the selected equipment.
