Work from the radiator construction
A tube-and-fin radiator presents a different task from mixed shredded metal. Show the tube layout, fin material and remaining frame or attachments. The proposed stripping arrangement should be assessed for that construction rather than selected only from the overall size of the radiator.
Separate preparation from stripping
State whether headers, frames or other components have already been removed and how material reaches the machine. Ask what cutting or preparation belongs before the stripping stage. The supplied equipment list should distinguish these tasks from the separation of tubes and fins.
Agree the recovered material form
Explain whether tubes and fins are wanted as separate pieces or whether a different downstream process will receive them. Confirm feed limits, collection and any material requiring another route. Compare a stripping approach with crushing and sorting based on the actual radiator and the intended output.

Before you decide
Can every radiator enter a stripping machine in the same condition?
Confirm the tube-and-fin construction, dimensions, attachments and preparation requirements for the selected arrangement.
Is a stripping machine a complete radiator recovery line?
It covers a defined processing task. Preparation and downstream collection or treatment should be identified separately in the quotation.
