Define the separation task
State which material fraction should be removed or collected and what stream remains for the next operation. Air classification is one process stage; it does not replace upstream liberation, every size-classification task or the checks required to establish a recovered product grade.
Describe the prepared feed
Provide photographs and particle-size information after the proposed reduction stage. Include irregular shapes, attached materials and variable incoming conditions. Discuss how feeding, air handling and collection are arranged for that stream instead of assuming a result from a different material mixture.
Include the collection system
Ask the proposal to identify product outlets, connected conveyors and the associated air and dust-handling scope. Show the destination of each stream and equipment already installed. Define the required output assessment together with the selected process configuration.
Specifications & configurations.
Tell us about your material and required configuration to discuss the relevant specifications.
Before you decide
Can an air classifier be chosen from the original waste name alone?
Describe the prepared stream, its particle condition and required fractions. Selection depends on the duty at that point in the process.
Are all air-handling components included?
Confirm the complete equipment list and interfaces. Collection, connecting ductwork and other site responsibilities should be stated individually.
