Describe the actual plastic stream
Identify the polymer where known, physical form and source of the material. Show films, rigid pieces or mixed components separately and describe attached or foreign materials. Unknown composition should remain explicit when discussing the accepted feed and preparation requirements.
Set the processing boundary
State whether the project starts with collected waste or prepared plastic and what output is needed. Discuss size reduction, cleaning or further processing as distinct scopes where relevant. A general recycling-line title should not be interpreted as a promise that all those operations are included.
Connect the recovered product to its destination
Provide the receiving specification and the equipment or buyer taking the output. Ask for a material route, supplied module list and collection points matched to that requirement. Include existing machinery, utilities and available space so interfaces can be defined in the proposal.
Specifications & configurations.
Tell us about your material and required configuration to discuss the relevant specifications.
Before you decide
Does every plastic recycling line include washing or pelletizing?
Confirm the process boundary and equipment list. Those are separate duties to include only where they are part of the proposed project.
Can mixed polymers be treated as one confirmed feed?
Describe the composition and required output. Material identification, preparation and process suitability should be assessed for the specific mixture.
