Frame removal prepares a solar-panel assembly for subsequent treatment. It is one task within a recycling route rather than proof of a complete glass, silicon and metal recovery system. Show the panel construction and identify the frame and attachments involved.
Describe the panel presentation
Provide panel dimensions, condition and photographs of the edges and junction-box area. State which attachments have already been removed and how panels reach the proposed station. The configuration should identify the accepted assemblies and the handling required before and after frame removal.
Connect to the next processing step
Explain whether the remaining panel enters glass removal or another assessed route. Confirm the supplied station, controls, feeding and collection arrangements and any excluded preparation. The project should define the handover between stages without treating a frame-removal machine as interchangeable with every other solar-processing module.
