Define the glass-removal requirement
Glass removal addresses a different part of solar-panel processing from separating the external frame. Identify the panel construction and the material form needed after treatment. The proposed route should explain the glass task without assuming that every panel architecture can use the same equipment.
Confirm the station and incoming condition
Provide photographs and available construction details, including whether the frame and other attachments remain. The equipment direction also requires clarification of any combined frame-removal functions. Agree the actual mechanism and feed boundary rather than deriving a complete configuration from a broad product name.
Specify the next material handover
Describe how the separated and remaining material will be collected and what subsequent process receives it. Confirm the equipment, handling and controls included in the package. Final material quality and recovery stages remain separate project questions; no glass purity or complete recycling result is assumed here.
Specifications & configurations.
Tell us about your material and required configuration to discuss the relevant specifications.
Before you decide
Is glass removal the same task as frame removal?
No. They address different parts of the assembly. Confirm whether the proposed station combines functions or requires separate modules.
Can a configuration be chosen from the panel dimensions alone?
Panel construction, attachments and required output condition also need to be identified and confirmed.
