Understand the application.
Input materials
Define the intended small-batch melting job
Begin with the metal, the form of the charge and the amount of melt required for the next operation. A small foundry batch and a sample-production task can have different handling and production requirements. The furnace body and control cabinet form part of an arrangement that still needs a defined metal and duty.
Keep steel and iron rows within their stated scope
The steel and iron parameter rows describe configurations for those metals. They should not be used as the temperature, batch or power specification for a copper or aluminum requirement. Identify the intended metal explicitly and confirm the corresponding arrangement instead of assuming that every listed material uses the same setup.
Plan pouring, cooling and working space
Explain how the metal will be poured and the mold or process that receives it. Discuss the selected electrical requirements, water-cooling circuit and space for charge handling and discharge. If the furnace is being compared with another melting system, compare the actual batch and supporting equipment rather than relying on the word small.

Specification and Technical Parameter
The model rows in this table apply to steel and iron.
| Model(For Steel/Iron) | Power(KW) | Voltage(V) | Size(mm) | Frequency(HZ) | Melting Temperature(℃) | Weight(T) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| TG-30KG | 60 | 3*380 | 980*700*1400 | 2500 | 1750 | 0.6 |
| TG-50KG | 80 | 3*380 | 980*700*1400 | 2500 | 1750 | 0.65 |
| TG-80KG | 120 | 3*380 | 980*700*1400 | 1000 | 1750 | 0.65 |
| TG-100KG | 140 | 3*380 | 950*850*1700 | 1000 | 1750 | 0.89 |
Before you decide
Can the steel and iron table be used to select an aluminum setup?
Do not transfer those rows to a different metal. State the intended charge and batch and confirm the configuration and supporting requirements for that material.
Does a compact furnace remove the need to discuss utilities?
No. The selected power supply, cooling, handling and pouring arrangement still need to match the proposed installation and melting duty.
