Describe the panel construction
Identify the types and dimensions of panels received, including frames, junction boxes and the condition of the laminate. Show representative normal and damaged units. Different panel constructions and preparation states should remain visible in the project discussion rather than being combined into one assumed feed.
Separate dismantling modules from the complete route
Frame removal, glass removal and further material recovery are distinct process duties. State which of these are required and what work already occurs at the site. Request a module list showing the handover between each stage and the streams collected along the route.
Define the receiving requirements
Explain the intended destination of glass, frame material and other recovered fractions. Confirm their required condition and how results will be checked for the selected panel mix. Layout, material handling, utilities and collection arrangements should be included in the scope discussion.
Specifications & configurations.
Tell us about your material and required configuration to discuss the relevant specifications.
Before you decide
Is a frame-removal machine a complete panel recycling line?
It addresses one dismantling stage. A complete project must separately define glass and remaining-material processing, collection streams and any other required modules.
Can a proposal cover different panel constructions?
Provide the actual panel types and condition. The accepted feed, module configuration and recovery objectives must be confirmed for those constructions.
