Liberate windings from the iron core
The vertical-shaft impact mechanism breaks rotor and stator assemblies to free winding material from core laminations. Liberation is the central machine task. It creates material that can be screened and sorted; it should be distinguished from the final recovery of individually accepted copper, aluminum and iron products in the wider processing route.
Describe the assembly reaching the inlet
Specify whether the feed consists of removed rotors, stators, transformer cores or other proposed components. Include dimensions, housings and attached shafts where present. Confirm preparation for those assemblies instead of inferring that a complete motor is accepted solely from its rated power. Identify copper and aluminum windings where known, keeping uncertain composition explicit.
Follow liberated material through sorting
The described process links the crusher with screening, magnetic separation and optional ECS sorting. Confirm which modules and collection points are included for your required products. Evaluate material still attached or mixed after each stage, not only the most attractive recovered fraction. Connect any observed result to the original assembly mix and the configuration used.

Before you decide
Does the crusher alone produce finished copper?
Its task is liberation. The finished product depends on the subsequent screening and separation arrangement, which should be stated in the supplied scope.
Can motor rated power define acceptable feed size?
Use the actual assembly dimensions, construction and preparation state. Confirm the proposed feed against the inlet and machine configuration rather than relying on the motor nameplate alone.
