Compact the material you actually receive
Sheet offcuts, light scrap and irregular metal pieces present different loading conditions. Describe the material after any preparation already performed, with photographs showing loose and difficult loads. Baling changes physical form; it does not replace material sorting or establish a particular metal grade.
Define the bale before selecting the press
Explain the required bale shape, receiving equipment and handling method. Ask for the selected chamber, compression arrangement and discharge method to be shown in the proposal. Do not infer pressure, bale mass or processing rate from another machine in the same product family.
Include loading and collection in the scope
Identify existing cranes, conveyors or other loading equipment and the space available for bale removal. The quotation should distinguish the baler, hydraulic and control components, auxiliaries and site responsibilities. This allows different offers to be compared on the same feed and output basis.
Specifications & configurations.
Tell us about your material and required configuration to discuss the relevant specifications.
Before you decide
Does baling separate different metals?
Baling is a compaction task. Describe how the material is identified and sorted before pressing, and the composition required by the receiving buyer or process.
Is one bale size available for every feed?
State the required form and handling conditions. Chamber dimensions, compression arrangement and the resulting bale need to be confirmed for the proposed material.
