Define boards and their preparation
Describe the source of the circuit boards, typical dimensions, attached components and any preparation already performed. Populated boards and prepared board material present different entry conditions. Keep those feed cases separate when defining where the proposed line begins.
Give each stage a specific duty
A project may require dismantling, material reduction and separation as distinct tasks. Ask the proposal to show which stages are supplied, what material passes between them and where each fraction is collected. Module names do not by themselves define a complete metals-refining process.
Agree outputs and interfaces
Specify the metal-rich and nonmetallic streams required by the receiving process, along with the method of evaluating them. Provide existing equipment and available space so the layout can address transfer points, collection and utilities. Confirm the selected configuration before assigning any capacity or recovery figure.
Specifications & configurations.
Tell us about your material and required configuration to discuss the relevant specifications.
Before you decide
Does PCB recycling equipment automatically include component removal?
Confirm whether dismantling is included, already performed or supplied separately. The accepted board condition and boundary between stages should be explicit.
Is a mechanical recovery line the same as precious-metal refining?
These are separate process scopes. State the required recovered fractions and any additional refining objective so that the necessary equipment and verification can be defined.
