Prepare loose can feed for reduction
The SC7080 is presented for loose beverage cans and aluminum tins. Describe their condition on arrival, including mixed steel cans, retained contents or other packaging material where present. Feed intended for the larger baled-can processing route should be discussed separately rather than assumed suitable because both machines appear in the can recycling range.
Choose a useful can-chip output
Interchangeable screens provide options for the discharged material. Set the required form around the receiving baler, sorting equipment or melting operation and confirm what that receiver accepts. Crushing creates smaller pieces; it does not by itself establish aluminum alloy identity, remove every coating or demonstrate that the product meets a particular buyer’s specification.
Separate the crusher from the surrounding workflow
The illustrated workflow includes magnetic separation and baling after crushing. Identify which of those operations already exists and which belongs in the proposed supply. If batch recording is needed, discuss the optional weighing conveyor. Include infeed, discharge collection and electrical requirements when comparing the standalone crusher with a complete can preparation arrangement.

Before you decide
Is SC7080 intended for compressed UBC bales?
The SC7080 description focuses on loose cans. For baled feed, compare the relevant baled-can equipment and confirm bale dimensions, condition and preparation in the proposal.
Does the crusher quotation include a baler?
Confirm the supplied equipment list. A workflow showing downstream baling does not establish that the baler, magnetic separator or connecting conveyors are included.
