Handle loose and baled UBC as defined feeds
The VSC41600 range addresses both loose cans and compressed can bales. Describe bale dimensions, density and non-can inclusions, as well as the proportion of loose material. Its feed arrangement should be confirmed for the bales actually received, rather than treating every package called UBC as the same material or preparation task.
Separate crushing from the sorting result
A vertical-shaft impact crusher reduces the cans, while the described magnetic and air-density stages address subsequent material separation. ECS appears in the process illustration and is also identified as optional. Confirm whether it is included in the offered configuration and which collection streams each supplied stage is intended to produce.
Define an aluminum product and a connected line
Provide the receiving buyer’s or melting operation’s requirements for can-derived aluminum. Do not infer a product grade solely from the equipment name. Identify feeding conveyors, controls, dust collection and downstream handling in the proposal, together with any existing plant interfaces. Review all collected fractions against the same feed record when evaluating a processing result.

Before you decide
Is ECS included as standard with VSC41600?
Confirm it in the equipment list. ECS is described as a configuration option even though it appears in the illustrated process route.
How is this different from SC7080?
The VSC41600 description covers loose and baled UBC, while SC7080 focuses on loose cans. Compare the actual feed, preparation, processing scope and desired output before choosing between them.
