Apply impact reduction to profile scrap
The SC1214 uses a rotor and impact components for aluminum profile and casting reduction. Its rotor-and-screen arrangement is presented for bulky extrusions and frame assemblies. Show the complete form received at the plant, including corners, nested sections and attachments, so suitability is discussed for real scrap rather than an isolated clean profile.
Specify the discharge and ferrous-removal task
A screen basket forms part of the described crushing arrangement, with magnetic separation at discharge also identified. Confirm the proposed screen and iron collection point. Magnetic removal addresses a different task from nonferrous or alloy sorting, so describe the aluminum product and any remaining contaminants the receiving buyer or process requires you to control.
Compare the full installation with smaller options
When comparing SC1214 and SC1210, retain the same material and required output basis. Include feeding consistency, transfer equipment and collection arrangements rather than treating power alone as the decision. Identify the automated hopper, vibrating feeder and dust collection included in the actual offer, and provide room for hydraulic lid opening and inspection.

Before you decide
Does SC1214 replace sorting after crushing?
The described discharge includes magnetic separation, but further sorting depends on the feed and required aluminum product. Define those streams separately in the proposal.
Can window frames be assessed only by their overall width?
Include cross-section, wall form, joints, attached steel or plastic and preparation status. Overall dimensions alone do not describe what the crusher will receive.
